Yes, it is finally Election Day! We celebrated our democracy by participating in a school-wide vote. Each child voted on the computer and the school results were compiled and reported. In addition to our school-wide vote, we had our own classroom election. Students registered, signed in, and voted. The ballots were counted. We classified and graphed our data. We then analyzed the data. We discussed the results and learned about the election process. The students were excited to participate in our own Election Day!

Ms. BedfordI have been teaching for 22 years. When not at school, I enjoy traveling, knitting, and getting together with family and friends. My cat Gilmore brings me laughter with her silly antics. It is a joy to watch children learn and grow during the school year! Archives
