In Health, we are learning all about Nutrition. We are exploring the different food groups. The students are learning how different foods help their bodies grow and develop. We are also discussing how to balance what we eat and how many servings of each food group we need each day. The students were encouraged to look up information at home (on-line or from books) and bring it to school to share with their classmates. You can discuss healthy, balanced eating at home with your child as you prepare and eat meals. Enjoy!
